How do I submit my custom artwork?

If you purchased the Custom Branding service along with your charging station on www.chargetech.com, you will receive an automatic email with directions on how to submit your custom artwork according to ChargeTech guidelines. Or, simply follow the “How to Submit Your Artwork” directions below:

 

  • Download the template that fits your charging model here: https://app.box.com/s/m9zul67w9wc6v8zbmers. All artwork is labeled by the particular model number.
  • Apply your artwork to the template and save it as a PDF and Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file.  Do not modify the locked guidelines layer and be sure to “embed” all linked images/files (tutorial here: https://youtu.be/TEwHUjW1atw). Be sure to also create “outlines” for all of your text (tutorial here:https://youtu.be/FxVh5DxZxFc). Allow for a ½ inch bleed over the trim line.
  • Once you have saved your artwork, submit your artwork to artwork@chargetech.com in Adobe Illustrator and PDF format and note your order number in the subject line. Failure to do this may cause delay in processing of your artwork.
  • If there are no issues with your submission, your artwork will be sent directly to print.  Should there be issues with your submission we will contact you directly.

 

Please note that we cannot accept files that are not properly submitted according to our guidelines. ChargeTech is not liable for misprinted artwork due to user submitted artwork error.

Orders with Custom Branding will ship out within 7-14 business days after artwork submission. We cannot accommodate rushed artwork production, printing, or application, but do offer rush delivery with an added surcharge.  Actual shipping time may vary.
