PLUG Indiegogo Update #52

Hey Backers!

Here at ChargeTech, we are always looking to improve our customer support as well as your experience with us. In saying that, we have decided to expand our Crowdfunding support team to ensure everyone is being taken care of.

Our Crowdfunding Support team will have access to all past and current account information and any past communication. Crowdfunding, Indiegogo, and Backerkit inquiries will no longer be addressed here in or comments section or at our customer service email.

Going forward, we ask that you please email crowdfundingsupport@chargetech.com

This will ensure you receive support from a team member who has a main focus on keeping our Backers up to date! If you do not contact this email address, you will be redirected to do so.

FAQ 1: Your tracking information shows that there was a delivery exception/address error:

FAQ 2: Your order shows “shipped” but you never received it:

FAQ 3: You never received your shipment or tracking information:

FAQ 4: If you are an international backer and you placed your order after July 1st and you filled out your backer kit survey but you have yet to receive an order information or tracking information
- Your order will be fulfilled as soon as our stock of the 240v PLUG is replenished. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

FAQ 5: If you are an international backer and you were in the 110v PLUG recall process (i.e. waiting on a return label, you have returned your 110v plug, you are awaiting your 240v plug shipment)
- Your order will be fulfilled as soon as our stock of the 240v PLUG is replenished. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

FAQ 6: If you have not yet received your BackerKit survey:
- Please contact Indiegogo customer support so they can input you into BacketKit and get your survey sent.

FAQ 7: If you are inquiring about the neoprene case perk:
- We have discontinued that perk as an option and we will not be fulfilling any orders for neoprene cases.
