PLUG Fulfillment Information

Domestic customers, please see below:

We have been working diligently through fulfillment of all orders, here is more information regarding order status.


Domestic Backers who only pledged for a 54k: you should have already received your shipment.


Domestic Backers who ordered a 54k and 42k: You should have already received your 54k and the units will be shipped separately. The 42k will be fulfilled in 2 weeks. We are working diligently Once the additional items have shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping status.


Domestic Backers with add ons: your orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 weeks.


All add-ons will be shipped separately. If you received your PLUG but not your solar panel, you will receive the rest of the order shortly.


If you received your car charger (add-on) and not your PLUG: We are working very diligently to get the orders fulfilled, you will receive the rest of the order shortly.


If your order shipped incorrectly and you received it incorrectly, please submit an RMA claim here:



International Backers, please see below:


For those of you that require 220-240V: respond to the survey that was sent to you.


If you refused the unit, please note the 220-240V version will be ready the end of July and further communication is to follow.


If you received your unit and opened it (used/unused): Please discontinue use. We will send you further communication for return shipment based off of your survey responses.


If you have decided to keep the 110V: There will be no further action required of you, aside from notifying us in the survey.
