I am a domestic backer and my PLUG order was fulfilled and shipped incorrectly. What do I do?

If your order shipped incorrectly and one of the following apply:

  • You ordered a 54k but received a 42k
  • You ordered a 42k but received a 54k
  • You ordered 2 PLUG's but you only received 1 (please note: all 42k for domestic backers will be shipped at a later date than the 54k)
  • You ordered 1 PLUG but you received 2
