The display of my PLUG seems frozen even after charging

If you are experiencing issues with the display of your PLUG (i.e. distorted display, frozen display), we suggest that you allow the PLUG to drain its battery down to 0%. Once you have done so, please restart the initial recharge. The full charge up to 100% should take about 8-10 hours. 

Once you have allowed the full discharge, and recharged it, the display percentage should now be working properly.
