I received the wrong product, how can I get the correct one?

Looks like we really messed up. If you received an order that doesn’t seem to match your order summary, please email us at customerservice@chargetech.com. Make sure to include your order number and a photo of the incorrect item and we’ll get this squared away for you right away.
