I seem to be missing a package to my order, how do I locate that package?

Depending on the number of items or the product you purchased, your item may ship in one or more packages. We advise you to check your tracking number to track where and when each package will arrive. If the delay seems longer than usual, (7-10 business days) there may be an unexpected error in shipping or a backorder issue with one or more of your products.
