I’m missing items to my order, how do I get that shipped to me?

If you believe you are missing an item, package, or part to your order, this may be due to a stock shipment backorder AND/OR your order may have been shipped in multiple packages and one may be on the way. Please continue to be patient. If you still do not receive a backorder email or if you do not get the missing item within 3-5 business days, please email customerservice@chargetech.com for further assistance.
