You can also email customerservice@chargetech.com or use the LiveChat option for quicker assistance. 

Our Customer Support office hours are M-F 9A-5P PST (excluding major holidays). We will answer your ticket in the order in which they have been received. Please allow up to 48 hours for a customer support agent to respond.
