Orders are processed (within 1-3 business days, M-F 8AM-3PM PST), unless an item is on backorder, pre-order, purchased with custom branding or expedited shipping. Once the order is processed, you will then receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipment notifications will be emailed to the email that is provided when you placed the order. If you have not received tracking information within the 4th business day of the date the order was placed, one or more items in your order may have been placed on backorder/out of stock status.
Typically, if you have received an email notification that your order has shipped, this means that your order is in "ready to ship" status for pickup and shipment. It may take certain carriers 6-12 hours (FedEx, UPS) or 24-72 hours (USPS, DHL) to scan and update the tracking status.
We recommend you wait the allotted period and check your status again at that later time.
